Should there be a kiosk for cosmetic items?
For things like the legendary masks from Festival of the Lost, or the sparrow horns, which can be bought for silver and take up vault space (the masks primarily) but cannot be deleted without losing them or have to buy them again.
Edit: those who chose the 'some, not others' option, please specify in a comment what you would/would not want.
