Personally I use it as a call out on any shooter. "Bruh there's a hard scope down that way!!" Then my friend won't rub don't that way, he goes around back for free easy kill. It's not an insult, just tactics. I don't find it scrubby at all. It's how snipers are supposed to be used. Being zoomed in for kills has a great advantage. Easy head shots. It also allows you to be easily sniped if someone knows you location or easily flanked. I think just a few teenage ragers gave it a bad name
