Although I'm a newbie, I'd like to answer the Ancient question as it's fairly important. Anyway, I think some system of ranks is honestly the best way. Encouraging people to be continually social as well as respecting the COC seems to be the way to go. Also, seeing a featured clan of the week would be cool.

There is a featured clan of the week post pinned to the top of the Recruitment section each week.

That is true. Possibly a featured member? Maybe someone who made a thread that blew up or runs something like the [DOJO].

I was thinking more of an interview. It also doesn't really say who they are and on mobile you can't see it.

Fair enough. This is the first week in a few that I haven't done an interview. I hope to bring them back though with each installment.

I'm definitely for that sort of thing. It gave people an initial reason to want to get involved.

I agree. Also, just as we were talking about this morning. It would also give people who only chill in private groups a reason to go out in the general forums.
