What are Deathclaws?
We know Yao Guai are mutated bears, Radscorpions are pretty obvious, same with Mole rats. But did Deathclaws mutate from?

2 RespuestasThe deathclaws were originally created before the Great War by the government to replace humans during close-combat search-and-destroy missions. They originally were Jackson chameleons but then refined by the Master (the end game boss of F1 I believe, also FYI, he created the supermutants by dumping humans into his special chemical compound to make a "better, stronger human race"), using genetic manipulation. They could only be found in the Boneyard at a military warehouse, there was also only one mother at the time. But over a couple decades the Deathclaws spread across California and became a well known beast instead of whispered legends. No idea how they got East. There was a group who controlled them for a time, maybe they moved them out there. Can't member who they were.

5 RespuestasEdit 2: I don't get what everyone is scared of Deathclaws for. I run into them all the time, and I never been killed by one since I was level 12. I'm level 44 now, I can kill them with melees (my friend bet me a dollar I don't kill a Deathclaw with no power armor and just one melee weapon).
