We have bought Legendary Edition Taken King XBox 360 new and installed today. We entered the code for Expansion packs I and II and these work ok. But, when we enter the code for the Taken King we get a message that the code is invalid and has already been used - it hasn't. The box was brand new and still sealed. We have cleared the cache and re installed licences as instructed on the Bungie web pages but still cannot access the Taken King. Please help.
