Bethesda games have always run better on xbox and xbox is getting mods first

I think what has convinced me to get it on X1 is when Todd Howard said at E3 that they have been working with "the folks at Microsoft" to get a feature for modding. That would suggest to me that maybe the game is better optimised for the xbox.
