exotic faction weapons!! (Theory)

So after getting the No time to explain from lakshmi-2 I began to notice something peculiar about her inventory…. She is the only faction rep that sells pulse rifles, and ironic enough the exotic she gives you is a pulse rifle.
After seeing that I decided to look at Arach Jalaal’s inventory and saw that he only had a scout rifle. (That no other faction had or sold.) I know this is a shot in the dark but could it be possible that we will receive a quest from Arach for an exotic scout rifle?
Finally New Monarchy rep Executor Hideo only sells a sidearm. Which is pretty ironic because their goal is to “protect and clean up the city” which is similar to what cops do today. So it is only fitting that their exclusive weapon is a sidearm. So could that meant there will be an exclusive exotic sidearm given by Hideo??
Who knows only time will tell. But I think these are all a possibility.

FWC has never had an auto rifle. Since the very beginning.

Interesting theory. I do remember one of my friends vehemently claiming that there was a new exotic sidearm weapon so maybe we'll get it from NM.
