Xur (I mean ToC Vendor) Location & Items "10-23-2015"
So xur is hanging out towards the tower hangar basically underneath the FWC faction (hanging out in the lounge). He is selling pretty much poop per usual.
My question would be, can his normal exotic engrams even roll 310? All of the chests I bought rolled 290....
