getting next gen destiny
Alright, so I pre-ordered Destiny: The Taken King and love the game, but I got a Xbox one and traded my console in. A friend told me that I could get if for free since i got the digital copy. I looked in the store and none of the destiny games are free to download. Thank you for your help.

The Taken King is not part of this offer. If you bought the Digital download of Destiny before January 15th 2015 then you qualify for a free upgrade with your Destiny game. If you didn't buy Destiny before January 15th then you will have to purchase Destiny again on your Xbox one.
