I FOUND THE SLEEPER SIMULANT
I finally got my hands on the quest for the sleeper simulant. The numbers in the prometheon code are a message, that contains the way to earn the sleeper simulant.
I decoded the prometheon code and came to this message:
"Down the caves on the planet that we live, you shall find what used to belong to me. No ballet, no music, but something similar to this"
I got the beginning of the quest after i did the prometheon code mission, you had to get to the omnigul room where the music is playing. You have to use a pocket infinity on the main computer of rasputing. After that you will hear a loud noice. You will get the message: mission complete and you will return to orbit. Banshee will then give you the quest.

Lies, just to be sure i played the mission and there was nothing i even did it with the pocket infinity, BUT it was not for nothing, i found a dead ghost "awoken 3 " if you do the mission or the saber strike mission at the spot where you pick up the relic and the exploding shanks and electric beams, at the end in the middle there is a dead ghost on that ledge or what it is in the middle, didn't see the ghost myself but i saw revive dead ghost.
