If you're a completionist like me, or if your just curious about this then alright. So if you haven't gotten it yet, there's a quest that Amanda Holliday will give you eventually rewarding you with "The Chaperone". Step 1 is to kill enemies with The Last Word to boost reputation with Tex Machinima. What sucks is that that gun has been nerfed. I mean it's miserable. If you use certain perks, stability is equivalent to Ill Will! You also need over a 1.0 kd ratio or you lose points. I literally cried when my 42% went to 2% in the same match. I am so angry. It's like an arbitrary system. If anyone knows tips on this. PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Thanks and have an awesome day!

I went positive and my score STILL went down -_- I went from 21% to 14% after a game with a 1.2 kd.
-
6 RespuestasLol everyone talking about they only equipped their last word when the had heavy or supers.... Who actually only used the last work to complete the bounty? I actually got good with the gun during the process.
-
You only need to have it equipped, using your secondary and Heavy still count.
-
1 RespuestaDont be bad last word is still easy to use. It is still way too good considering the lack of skill required to use. If that dosent work see "shotgun".
-
Last Word was always bad.
-
1 RespuestaIf you're the person who 'doesn't do crucible' why are you complaining about this quest being hard? If you've ever** played crucible for the past year, you'd know how easy last word is to use. Especially now that it's a beast from hip fire. Give it a try. It's really not as hard as you think.
-
2 RespuestasIt took a bit, but just stay back and snipe. If you think the other team is on to you leave the game after a decent kill spree. Honestly the Imprecation quest for the first curse is the worst. I finally just threw the quest out.
-
1 RespuestaDid it in 3 matches killin noobs in the classic 6v6 playlist
-
3 RespuestasIm hopeless with Hand Cannons in general. I'm mainly a pulse kind if guy. But I'm able to do bounties that require hand cannon kills in classic playlists. There are "Taken Tots" there who are like level 10. I haven't done this quest yet but maybe you could try that.
-
Mayhem rumble got mine up real quick, only had it equipped for supers and heavy and had it done in 3 games
-
Just hip fire. My only tip
-
I got 85% in 3 matches and I'm not great at pvp, not really that hard.
-
7 RespuestasIve never liked the last word. Not my kind of gun. How does the game expect to do good with a gun I dont like.
-
Haha its so funny that a lot people still dont know how the quest works - got it the first week and i tell you a secret: it was sooooooooooo easy xD
-
Git gud skrub
-
1 RespuestaI just played the game. A little more reservedly than I normally play, but still it wasn't that hard for me.
-
3 RespuestasI don't need a primary to dominate.
-
I'm thinking 1st Curse is worse...
-
Im average at best in crucible and i did it from 0% to 100% in about 2.5 - 3 hours. If anyone did this without equip/unequip, then kudos to you. I only equipped when super or heavy as a death is so bloody costly!
-
I managed to complete it using this strategy. I would only play mayhem modes, every time I had both heavy and super I would switch to the last word (you only gain/lose progress if you have it equipped) then proceed to go on a heavy streak using BTRD and finish up with super or use the super first to get the heavy. Switch out the last word for another weapon as soon as you die. Rinse and repeat.
-
It's really not that hard.
-
1 RespuestaBest secondary weapon for this?
-
It's easy if you hop in a control match and play defensive, use a sniper and heavy machine gun. Always stay in the vicinity of your flag(s) and only leave to go and get heavy. Then take your heavy back to your flag and wait for morons to try and take it, Kill streaks help so much. I went from 20%-100% in one game!

7 Respuestas1.-Get another two teammates. 2.- Go to rumble. 3.- Hide in a camping spot and wait for your teammates. 4.- Enjoy your chaperone
-
3 RespuestasEditado por IMDoingFine: 10/23/2015 1:42:35 PMI just camped by the back specials in rift (by tree heavy) and snipped people with Year One Her Benevolence. Got it done in one game Edit: Two games NOT one

I nearly threw my controller off the wall a few times whilst doing this Typically I would play safe, build my super (Stormcaller) equip TLW and run into a Sunbreaker and get shut down Trick is to stay calm, pick your encounters, don't use TLW until you get Super and heavy ammo. What I ended up using to finish the quest was play control keep my super until heavy ammo dropped, equip TLW, zoom over to enemy heavy spawn pop Super = multi kills Grab Heavy = more multi kills Didn't take me more than 3 matches to go from 50% to 100% doing this
