I just downed him easily and with no stress, the way we did it was we only used 1 orb, one person grabed the gaze and ran to the door of the room while we dropped one orb on the front left and 5 stood in it, & dps for the duration of the gaze buff. once that ended we all ran out and killed adds and repeated. we didnt need to worry about cursed thrall, we didnt need to stress over switching Gazes and we killed him in 4-6 repeats, depending on the groups DPS. Try it out and let me know if it helped you guys. I killed him 8 times since the raid released helping teams and trying to make this strategy known. UPDATE: if you get someone on the bridge to distract him, the person who will take gaze never has to move, just shoot the bosses foot, and make sure everyone is out of sight, he will shoot you, everyone now dps the orb and when it drops the gaze runner will have a clear shot at his back, he will quickly turn around and be facing the raid group. Saves a bit of time for more dps Update #2: to the far left of the door there is a thing you can stand on, you can shoot the boss in his crit spot while he's facing you so you don't need need a person distracting. Maximum up time for dps since this strategy will make it a dps race. Tips: you need to be behind a shadow, otherwise the boss will look at the wrong person, you can shoot at the orb while still staying out of sight, and then run out when the gaze is captured.
