Vanguard Mentor Missive Useless?
I have a vanguard mentor missive that I got day before taken king and didn't turn in for one of three available bounties. I realize the stupidity - I'm just curious if this is useless now or if there is something I can do with it. Hate to just abandon. Xander 99-00 shows a turn in available but when I go to him I only see current bounties.

It's a dead end I'm afraid, if it wouldn't decode I suspect you already had the bounties it contained on the go. There's no use for it now so you may as well delete it. If you want year one exotics I suppose the only way to get the bounty ones will be from Xur's legacy engrams as they'll have all but vex and necro.
