I left Destiny on Xbox 360 right after the first DLC came out, I just restarted on PS4 and I see many things have changed. I remember that weapons in crucible used to get "normalized" so that most of the weapons even at low levels could be used, is it still the case with year 1 exotic weapons that can be purchased in the hall of guardians? Also another question related to the scaling, do you actually need to fully level up the weapon to get its max damage in the crucible or the leveling is just to get the abilities? Thank you!
