Destiny Trial mode persists post purchases.

Below is an email that I sent to Bungie for help figuring out why I keep being told I have trial version of Destiny, the only response received was a auto response that maybe I'll get helped. To whom it may concern, I have been trying for days, with extreme frustration, to get The Taken King and all previous content working on my PS4. I have tried using forums but there in nothing in regards to the situation, forum post for help go unanswered and contact numbers lead to no one to speak to. I bought Destiny Collectors Edit last year played till burn out then took a break. With the immanent release of The Taken King I went to purchase the new game and was immediately stone walled. Every time I tried to purchase the game I was given the prompt that "Requirements were not met". When I dug a bit further I was told that I needed to buy the House of Wolves DLC, a DLC that I already own. Contacting Sony they were able to see that "yes' in fact I had the collectors edit and the issue was on Bungies end to "release" the content to me. I though I had many of the issues addressed bought The Taken King expansion, stone walled again. Right way the purchase on inactive expansion broke my Destiny and I was no longer able to play the game till release. The game went live and again stone walled. Destiny has me listed as "trial" and every time I try to re-activate licences or re-download the game the game stays in trial mode and attempts to make me re-buy the game, all of it. I have already spent plenty of money and cant/wont spend any more. I really just want the issue fixed or my money back for The Taken King. Whom ever can respond to it the best is greatly appreciated.
