Any FTL fans out there? Man, to think FTL is 3 years old already. What weird/amazing/sad experiences did you have? And how many times have you beaten the game? I remember when I came across a group of Engi ships talking about the "strange bug, can you assist in debugging?" I had the blue options to have my Engi crew member speak to them (which would kill him), use my Hacking subsystem to quarantine the virus (which would negate my Hacking subsystem when the Engi ship gets impatient and attacks) or (and this was new to me) "You Lanius crewmember gestures frantically." So I clicked it. He then proceeded to eat my computer terminal. "Suddenly, there is a burst of O2, and the Engi ship's weapons power down. They send over replacement computer parts and a piece of tech (in this case, shield charge booster) then jump away." In the end I was like wtf just happened. Also, I have played 149 games and beat the game once. It was with the Federation Cruiser, easy mode and AE content disabled. Yeah. USS Hope ftw!
