NLB outta nowhere!

A friend i regularly play with had an NLB drop on him after switching characters. Neither me nor him have any idea how it happened. But it just appeared.

Probably He played something and logged off or changed characters as soon as the match ended and didn't wait for the rewards screen, so next time he logged in with that character he just go the rewards from the last activity, it happens to me some times

lol Could be a reward drop from finishing a raid that was just stuck somehow. I've never had that happen, but I've had achievements randomly kick in when switching characters.
