Queen's Favor Not Awarded
After completing the 6 new bounties today the NPC showed a message that I received Queen's Favor, however checking my inventory, at the postmaster, and my vault showed nothing. Other players have reported the same problem. Someone should respond and let us know if it is a bug or intended.

I had the same problem. Completed all the bounties and package was never even offered to me.
