You got the better side of it. I get lagged out just for going to the Cryptarch basically. Can't finish a single Crucible game.

That was happening too. It was kicking me during the daily mission and at the Cryptarch. I'd decode a engram and it would not register and then it would contact Destiny servers and then I'd be booted. Oh Bungie.
