Crazy i had no Problem with it!
After it shows me 2% download, it says me that i can start the Game!
I press A and i get to the main menü of Destiny, after that it starts to install.
I am in Europe Austria at home, idk if this is a region problem

Hey bud start the game is only when you have a disc to play from. Because we all download digital game we all have to wait until 100% finish, hope this helps cheers
