The fact that the parents were fine with it, and used the girls birthday as an excuse for charges? The fact that this 18 year old is now going to have to register (Most Likely) as a sex offender? The fact that if this was a heterosexual couple, there would be no charges? Because something like this is common?!

She got upset at him, pressed charges, and hes now a sex offender. Fact is, this one girls parents didnt like her partner, so this is what happened. Its the LAW. This isnt discrimatory at all. Stop trying to make everythingt involving gays, blacks, women, ect, a bigger issue that it needs to be. Typical libs.
