My wife has recently been playing d2 and every so often when trying to log into the game it says that parental controls are on and that she doesn’t have access to multiplayer. I’ve never had this issue. We both have active game pass accounts and the settings on both consoles are for adults. I’ve tried resetting the console and looking at the settings but everything is in order. Still can’t get her to be able to login.
