Icefall Mantle particle effect flickering
Flickering is still happening on most particle effects when Icefall Mantle is equipped. Affects everything from the Praxic Blade to the frost smoke on Icefall itself to most emotes. Has been happening on both Nvidia and AMD gpus if that's relevant.
