I don't know. I just know that I have a quest asking me to talk to Lord Saladin in the tower and it bugs EVERY. -blam!-. EVENT.
And nobody at bungie gives a -blam!-. They really don't. And that's why they all need to be fired.

Have you tried discarding / canceling the quest?

The quest cannot be removed. It's been this way since halloween at least.

You can't in fact i tracked that quest before finding out it was bugged and although it disappeared for me ( not for some ) the quest tab still flashing because i tracking a question that doesn't even exist
