Cannot complete Cherished Constellation triumph
I've collected all 18 Ghosts across the Lawless Frontier maps, but I cannot place the last one in the Tharsis Outpost. I already have all 14 Tapes as well and that triumph completed without issue. The Information Broker says for me to go to Artesia Mons, but I've followed multiple videos on where the Ghosts are located on that map and I have double and triple checked all three locations on all three factions to find nothing. Whichever ghost goes in the spot circled in the image linked I have without a doubt picked up but cannot place down. I don't know how to fix this issue and I have not found anyone else with the same issue so far.

We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. If you continue to experience this, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip of what's happening. A clip demonstrating you visiting the locations of the ghosts which demonstrates they've been acquired, and then being unable to place the last ghost despite this, would be ideal. If you record such a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and link us to it here. We'll then investigate.
