Sounds more like Caital And it's a Cabal dungeon, it's either another filler Cabal boss, or one of the Psions Your basing these "theories" based on a Cosplayer saying she's going to Cosplay an Eliksni, when usually things turn out to be unrelated "Destiny Expert" hears an antagonist say "I have formed a Legion to snuff out the Light" in a Cabal dungeon, and thinks it's an Eliksni, just because a Cosplayer was going to play one in an unannounced Destiny showcase Still waiting on Mara to be evil btw
