Account Ban Question
I travel for work and came home to my account being banned. Going through the appeal process now as I have never cheated, boosted, etc. but all of my characters are still visible and accessible on the D2 companion app. Is this normal or when you get banned should all the data be deleted?

2 RespuestasThat’s normal. A ban wouldn’t delete the account/gear…because what if it was a false positive & you get unbanned?
