Hierarchy of Needs Catalyst Doesent work or it's badly written
When reading the arc catalyst says:
[i]Deploying a Guidance Ring or striking a target with a seeking projectile improves draw time and reload speed for a moderate duration.[/i]
When using the bow, it only lasts 5 seconds and does not extend or restart the accountant when seeking projectile impact. [b] Technically, the counter should restart or increase the catalyst time because it is what it says but it does not happen[/b]

1 RespuestaIt worked as stated before the update. They also reworked the missiles to fire 1 at a time rather than all at once and they track way less aggressively than they used to. I HATE what they did to the bow. It feels awful compared to how it used to. The update should have done what it said it would and not made the missiles feel like crap to use.
