I NEVER DROPED NONARY MANIFOLD
Hey there,
I never droped any nonary manifold since the launch of the rite of the 9.
My inventory aren"t full, I did all dungeons on ultimatum and nothing. When I trade all my curio of the 9, nothing. Is it a bug you already know?

Move the ones you have out of your vault and into your inventory. This sounds like an issue that has happened before with other materials. The game will only allow you one stack and they won't drop into your vault or postmaster. As a result the game sees you have a stack but can't add them to that stack in your vault so any you drop just get sent to oblivion.

You have nearly 1100 in your vault. Put them in your inventory & see if that helps you get some from now on.
