Rite of Nine Elegant Arsenal quests
Because the first 2 quests broke, I am now locked out of 2 elegant arsenal quests, liminal vigil and now terminus horizon too. I also don't have the first 2 elegant arsenal quests completed because they broke and I can't get them back, nor do I know what happened to them. I am stuck unable to do the new quest and liminal vigil.
