Prismatic Gambler's Dodge broken in Gambit
[b]Gambler's Dodge only provides ca 80% energy to melee abilities in Gambit.[/b]
This breaks both a core mechanic and my most favored playstyle.
As from my very brief testing this is only in Gambit and only on Prismatic.
I tested a few abilities other than just Combination Blow on prismatic and it was the same ca 80%.
It does work on Arc in Gambit.
It does work on prismatic in other activities.
It worked yesterday and then suddenly mid Gambit match, I think, stopped working.

Bungie applied a 20% nerf to energy refund on Prismatic and as Gambit gets most of the Crucible changes - this one also applies there.
