I've managed to win 2 matches as brigs. I like the brigs, but it is harder. You need to use cover a lot more.

Something I can't confirm is whether or not the Brigs have a slower dodge cooldown. I've been able to win matches with both, but there are times when I get up real close to an enemy player and start doing a little merry-go-round trying to get off hits and it'll feel like the Brig dodge is taking too long or stalling as I try to make the other guy whiff his shot.

nah. same speed, except when leader. leader is faster.

No, that particular time I was dealing with that situation we were both regulars and not under the leader's buff. That much I do remember.

I've noticed this. The Drake in front of me Dodges three four times before my second Dodge even comes back

He has to be glowing to do that. the tanks can just turn quickly. Brigs HAVE to use cover more effectively. There is no other alternative.

If you're fighting a 'leader'... part of that includes increased dodge regen. It's in the tooltips.
