Help with cross save
Hey I need help setting up my new psn for cross save. I just recently got a ps5 and found out while I didn’t have a PlayStation, my account was banned. Ps help won’t give me a reason why or help me recover the account. I’d like to play destiny and have no problem buying dlc again but I’m just not going to if I can’t get my characters from there. I have access on my old Xbox but if I can’t play on my new gen system there’s really no point to start over.

Currently the characters are tied to the old PSN account (characters are permanently tied to the account on which they were created), and can be accessed by XBox through cross-save. However even if it was possible to swap the old PSN account for the new, the old account is the one with the characters, so you'd be starting fresh anyway. So unfortunately it is not going to be possible to play those characters on your PS5.
