Hello again, Thank you very much for your response and the screenshots. To verify, have you attempted to check the worm locations on both paths? If not, can you have a second go through all of the locations after switching paths at The Slab? Some worms may only be attainable while on a specific path.

Hello again, Thank you very much for your response. If you have abandoned the quest as you have alluded to, you may need to reacquire it either through the Quest Terminal, which can be found at The Tower or HELM, or you may need to reacquire it through the Slab.
