Nether - remove spawning in dead when joining in progress.
Remove spawning in dead when joining in progress or remove revive tokens all together. No one wanted revive tokens.
This normally isn't an issue, but this week's challenge has us collecting 3 corrupted boons in a single run and this usually leaves us moving slow and taking increased damage resulting in more deaths than normal. This just seems like we are the ants and Bungie is the red headed step-kid with a magnifying glass.

Stop launching the matchmaking version. Problem solved.

Bungies anti exploit mechanic. Otherwise you could just load in and out to make no lives not an issue. It does create an interesting problem when it comes to people being matchmade into a lobby missing a person. If you are running solo it should spawn you in alive.
