I thought it was bonus gambit rewards this week. Is that not the same thing?

No, it's for gambit rank. Not like the double loot of Nightfall and Crucible.

Super lame. I just hit my 5th gambit reset, and was looking forward to double engram drops. Trying to get a good trust with explosive payload, with 3 perks in each column, but also with good perks. So far out of about 40, I’ve seen 1 drop with explosive payload (and hip fire grip).
