Can my characters be transfered from my Playstation account to my steam account?
I want to transfer my characters and progress from my playstation account directly to my steam account making it my main account since I do not use my Playstation account anymore. Would that be possible without using cross save?

Hey there. This is not something Bungie offers. Characters are permanently tied to the account on which they were created, Bungie offers no service to transfer them to another platform. Bungie has not ever offered this, except for the case mentioned below when Destiny 2 migrated from Battle.net.
