Because you are just fast traveling on the same destination it doesn’t wipe and collect all dropped loot. If you leave the pale heart to any other postmaster then the autocollection will trigger and you will find any dropped items in the postmaster. This is just a change because usually people fully leave a destination to go to the postmaster rather than just moving zones.
