Seeing as both enhanced Stats 4 All and One 4 All perks only add 1 second to the uptime, i think it's useless and dogshit. MAYBE make enhanced perks actually worthwhile. I say make both enhanced Stats4All/One4All as follows: -reduce active duration to 6sec -make the perks reactivate upon hitting another 3 separate targets I'm honestly surprised this basic idea didn't get used by Bungie.
