Trinity Ghoul Orb Generation is bugged in PvP
Trinity Ghoul (/w Catalyst) is not making Orbs most of the time on multi-kills in PvP. I tested it out both with Lighting Rod and normal shots. A rare few times, it does make an orb, but 99% of the time it does not generate orbs.
