Doesn't it utilize the same NERFED perk as Black Hammer?

Yes. Exactly the same. The only difference is the sound, it's black and the scopes don't change when you choose the different options.

I don't know why I even tried to get it then. What a lousy gun lol. I like my Hereafter better, at least it doesn't have a nerfed perk :/

Prolly not but I like that they did something like that. A specific event for a reward. Just wish they had put some actual effort into the reward.
