Error Code: WEASEL
All Platforms
WEASEL is a split-off error that was previously grouped under other errors. This split helps expedite investigations and fixes and will be easier to understand the specific issue the player is experiencing. 

Before proceeding any further, we strongly recommend switching from WiFi to a wired connection, at least temporarily. This is an important first troubleshooting step to rule out WiFi signal strength/stability as a possible culprit.

Error Code: BABOON
All Platforms
Bungie is actively tracking this general networking error. Your disconnect was reported the moment it occurred. 

This error can be due to packet loss or disconnections between your home network and Bungie (such as ISP saturation or general internet congestion). It can even be caused by certain WiFi setups, or mobile hotspots that may have experienced a blip or loss of connection

Before proceeding any further, we strongly recommend switching from WiFi to a wired connection, at least temporarily. This is an important first troubleshooting step to rule out WiFi signal strength/stability as a possible culprit.

If you're experiencing an issue where you repeatedly hit this error and cannot log into Destiny, please attempt to force quit Destiny by completely closing the game and relaunching Destiny to get out of this state. If you continue to receive this error, please consider following the suggestions in our Network Troubleshooting Guide.

Error Code: BOAR

Error Code: BUFFALO
All Platforms
This error appears to players who are not signed in with their platform account, or their platform services are undergoing maintenance.

Additionally, this error may appear to players on console whose platform subscription has expired.

Buffalo Errors on multiple PCs: Players may encounter Buffalo errors when logging in to Destiny 2 on multiple PCs at the same time. To prevent this issue, players must ensure that they are logged out of Destiny 2 on any PC that they do not currently intend to play on.

If you are seeing this error message after exhausting all troubleshooting resources please delete, then re-install Destiny on your console.

If you are seeing this error, your network connection has been interrupted. You may need to reboot your modem/router, check your WiFi connection, switch to a wired connection, or replace your network cable. 

Before proceeding any further, we strongly recommend switching from WiFi to a wired connection, at least temporarily. This is an important first troubleshooting step to rule out WiFi signal strength/stability as a possible culprit.

Please note: PC: Players may encounter CANARY errors if multiple instances of Destiny 2 are running. Players may be required to end all Destiny 2 instances through a Task Manager prior to relaunching the game to resolve this issue.

Destiny 2 Ritual Reset Guide

Destiny 2 Ritual reset times are subject to change during Daylight Savings Time. Both Daily and Weekly resets will follow these times:

Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)
Reset will be at 2:00 AM Pacific (9:00 AM UTC) while Daylight Saving Time is active from March to November.
Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Reset will be at 1:00 AM Pacific  (9:00 AM UTC) while Daylight Saving Time is inactive from November to March.
