This form is meant to gather information about Destiny 2 PC migration issues. Players who would like to aid in our investigation can fill out the form below. 

Players should not expect a response to their issue, however, we may contact certain players if we have additional questions surrounding their migration issue.

All tickets regarding PC Move issues will be addressed at the discretion of Destiny Player Support during regular business hours.


What is PC Move?


PC Move is occurring as Destiny 2 migrates from Battle.net to Steam. The move will include a one-time transfer of ALL Destiny 2 content that a player already owns. These will include Player Accounts, Destiny 2, Expansions, Silver, Annual Pass, etc.

Where are my Guardians?


Any PC player who does not see their Guardians, Silver, or licenses on Steam after maintenance concluded on October 1 at 10 AM PDT should manually perform PC Migration.
