Product Support: Replacing a Destiny 2 Disc, Limited Edition, or Collector's Edition Item

If a player encounters issues with a physical Destiny 2 Product, Activision provides support through the following means:

Disc Replacement:
If a player has received a defective or damaged disc, they may contact Activision here: Activision Support

Limited Edition:
If a player has received a defective or damaged Limited Edition item, they may contact Activision here: Activision Support

Collector’s Edition:
If a player has received a defective or damaged Collector’s Edition item, they may contact Activision here: Activision Support

Players must have proof of purchase in order to receive support for their physical product. All terms and conditions may be found when proceeding through replacement forms.
