Pardon our dust! We are pushing a patch live today. Players will be returned to the title screen from their activities and then be required to log in to Destiny again after installing the patch.
Players that have the maximum number of Skeleton Keys in their Inventory may lose any Skeleton Keys they try to retrieve from the Postmaster
Players can only had a maximum of 5 Skeleton Keys in their Inventory. Any Skeleton Keys earned after a Player has reached the maximum will be sent to the Postmaster.
Bungie is aware of an issue in which players that have the maximum number of Skeleton Keys in their Inventory may lose any Skeleton Keys they try to retrieve from the Postmaster.
Players that have the maximum number of Skeleton Keys in their Inventory can store up to 5 Skeleton Keys in their Vault or on another Character. Once the Character Inventory is below the max number of Skeleton Keys, they will be able to safely retrieve Skeleton Keys from the Postmaster until their Inventory is at the maximum number again.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a limited number of item slots in the Postmaster and, once the item limit is reached, items are added in a "First In, First Out" order. Newer items that are sent to the Postmaster may push older items, including Skeleton Keys, out of the Postmaster.
Items lost from the Postmaster, including Skeleton Keys lost in the manners described above, are subject to Bungie's Deleted Item and Character Policy and cannot be recovered, returned, or refunded.
