Who to contact when encountering hardware issues with a system or console.
All Platforms
Some players have encountered issues with their console hardware that have interrupted their Destiny experience. For guidance with these issues, including issues encountered with console controllers, please contact your platform support. These issues may also include issues with movement speed, look speed, or button functions.

If you are encountering issues with peripheral hardware, or third party hardware, please contact your product manufacturer.

Note: Bungie is aware that players are encountering issues with the Xbox ONE Elite controller's hair triggers not allowing them to reach top speeds when boosting on Sparrows. To ensure that you are reaching top speed with your Sparrow, please disable the hair triggers. This will resolve this issue with any controller that uses hair triggers.

Furthermore, players have reported that the paddles on the Xbox ONE Elite controller have caused them to accidentally dismantle items or delete characters in Destiny when placing their controller onto solid surfaces. Please use caution when using the Xbox ONE Elite controller. For information regarding dismantled items or deleted characters, please see: DELETED ITEM AND CHARACTER POLICY.

For information regarding troubleshooting certain audio setups, please see: DESTINY AUDIO GUIDE
