Ascendant Shards

So the best way for those of us with 3 characters is to run the raid, run the heroic strikes, and then run public events. However, if you only have one or 2 characters you can level up the primary character by milling the fresh character reward over and over. this is far more rewarding but far more repetative. see video below.
