Manifest Database Loader

Maybe I'm a bit(or a lot) old-fashioned but I find it easier to work with the manifest in a RDBMS. As a result, I wrote a loader for Postgres. The doc folder includes a data model for the base tables not including the tables for storing the manifest data. Those get built on the fly when the loader finds new tables. The folder also includes a process flow as well. The flow is a bit out-dated and needs some work that I'm not sure I'll get to anytime soon. The data model was built with Navicat Data Modeler and the process flow was built with the Draw.io desktop app for MacOSX. Thanks, Jason
