We seek to complete the end game material together and to dominate the crucible as well. We will have a division leader for the PvE side of the game and a separate division leader for the PvP side of the game. You are welcome to do both, but this is to provide members with as much specific information as possible. We want to offer as many answers to questions as we can and we are going to work hard to help you. This is a competitive guild but with no requirements of posting to forums or playing a certain amount. Play the game when you can, and enjoy the people that you play with. If you have any questions about the clan, please message Gunmetal Mayhem (GT Gunmeta1 Mayhem).

Title Structure, First Draft, input would be awesome so please message me with input.

Title Structure 1. Legend - Legends are the top rank of GGI. They have the same voting powers as the Myths, except in case of a tie in votes. If a tie occurs, only the legends will vote on the second round. To be promoted to legend, you will need a 100% vote from all current legends. They do have the right to sustain if they do not feel that they know the member well enough. Legends have been a part of the clan for the long haul and have sacrificed to make the game better for the other members. 2. Myth - Myths are the first tier of the leadership team. They can promote clan members all the way up to Protector of the Realm without approval from the other members of the leadership team. A Myth is a dedicated clan member that is in constant communication with the other clan members. It is their duty to provide the best game experience for the members of the clan. If something needs to be changed or if members have issues with each other, it will be up to the Myths and Legends to provide a solution that benefits the clan as a whole. 3. Master Chief - The pinnacle of the titles unless you would like to join the leadership team. Master Chiefs must be willing to help other clan mates when they need it. Master Chiefs are the shining example of what a Gunmetal Guardian Inc member should be. They know things about the game that really help make the game more fun and lead to the success of the clan. They practically have a Halo above their head. (I'm sorry, the pun could not be stopped) To be promoted to Myth it requires a 2/3 vote by the current Legends and Myths. You must also be willing to help lead gaming nights and planned events. 4. Guardian of the Galaxy - Guardians will be promoted after they have shown leadership capabilities. These are the members that are always starting groups for clan members and leading them to success. These members must have a vast knowledge of the game and the tactics behind it. 5. Protector of the Realm - Protectors will be promoted after they show initiative in clan related business. They know and are friends with most of the other members. They know what has been posted on the forums. They are in tune with the clan's needs also. Members should come to them with questions. 6. Ghost Ranger - Ghost Rangers will be promoted once they demonstrate a great knowledge of the game. This might be just the PvE side of the game, just the PvP side of the game, or a combination of both. These members will know what they are talking about and will help answer questions from the other clan members. 7. Solar Operative - Solar Operatives will be promoted when they demonstrate a willingness to help other clan members. This might mean teaching some clan members about some of the lore of Destiny. It could mean helping equip a fellow member. It could mean just sitting in a room talking. Anything that enhances the game for other members of the clan. 8. Void Soldier - Void Soldiers will be promoted when they demonstrate knowledge of clan tactics and utilize them in the game to help in PvE or PvP. 9. Watchman - The first full blown title of the clan. These members represent recruits that were promoted or mercenaries for hire that decided to join in on the title structure. A Watchman will be promoted after they demonstrate teamwork, in game communication skills, and friendliness towards other clan members. 10. Recruit - The title of new initiates to the clan. These members will be promoted once they demonstrate respect for others, and a basic understanding of the game. Mercenary for Hire - The title of those members that care nothing about climbing the ranks. These members just want to be in the clan to play with other friendly members or to have a chance at completing the end game material with people that have a clue what they are doing.

Hey, I just applied and I'm technically not a recruit yet, so I'm gonna post this instead of blustering up your private messages. Its a wall of text. 1. Legend 2. Myth 3. Master Chief 4. Guardian of the Galaxy 5. Protector of the Realm 6. Ghost Ranger 7. Solar Operative 8. Void Soldier 9. Watchman 10. Recruit Mercenary for Hire So, overall, it really doesn't make a lot of sense. To most bungie/Halo fans, Mythic ranks above Legendary. It makes sense. Everyone knows the Greek Myths, but Legends are generally more local, culture-specific things. I'd rather be mythic than legendary (sorry Barney Stinson). Master Chief? MCPO is not actually a high rank IRL. Why reference Halo anyway? Guardian of the Galaxy is obnoxiously grandiose and if it's not a reference to the movie, everyone will assume it is. Protector of the Realm? I worked at Medieval Times for more years than I care to admit. Thats what Protector of the Realm evokes for me, but I suspect its fairly old-timey to most people. Ghost Ranger, Void Soldier, Solar Operative all sound pretty cool, but here's the thing: They don't really mean much. Ghosts in Destiny are small, combat-useless flashlights. Void and Soldier are both a type of Light and generally considered equal with each other and with Arc Light. Watchman is not bad, though it would be best as a PVE-only rank (different structures for each division would be kinda cool). Recruit is bland. Bland isn't bad, except you clearly tried to avoid bland with the rest of the names. Mercenary for Hire really suggests that the player has no allegiance to the clan. Really, write each rank on a scrap of paper, jumble it altogether in a hat and ask someone to list them in terms of importance. As it is, it seems like you guys just took ideas from each of the founders and kinda just jammed them all together. Ranks should be intuitive, easy to remember. . . if not for those outside the clan, then for those inside it. Oh, and no comment on the rank requirements. That's all your discretion. Here's some alternative ideas. ( Also consider browsing this.)
Administrative/GGI Brass 1&2. Speaker (Similar to the Traveler's Speaker in stature, and the rest of the clan Listens) Commanding Officers 3. Paragon of the Tower 4. Captain of the Tower (Indicates a 'command officer' role, but is still clearly below the Paragon) Noncommand 5a. Void Sage (For knowledgeable players. Theorycrafters. Void is the default Light of Warlocks.) 5b. Arc Myrmidon (For team players. The reliable types willing to sacrifice for their mates. Arc is the default Light of Titans.) 5c. Solar Troopers (For tacticians and skill-focused players. The patient ones, the try-hards and the truly pro. Solar is the default Light of Hunters,) 6. Guardian (Most rank-and-file should be at this level. Not bad, but not outstanding.) 7. Reborn (Your recruits. Just as the Ghosts pick out the dead and repurposes them, so does GGI revive applicants.) Freelance: Moon Ranger (The moon is dangerous, rugged, remote. You'll find no allies there.)
I've got other ideas, but I'll stow them for now. Rather not annoy you too fast.
