Maybe ,one day (when you're decked out in exotic gear; standing side-by-side with your fellow clanmates ,after conquering the Vault Of Glass, leaving a trail of decimated foes in your wake) you'll think back to the day that you joined the Eternal Vanguards. Public events

Does anyone know how the public events work on how they trigger are they timed or are they are doing so many wonder missions or somehing cause I've not been or seen a single public event
